Multidisciplinary artist Negin Zomorodi brings a vibrant and imaginative vision to every Zomorodi Design creation. Known for her work as a composer and visual artist, she merges contemporary artistic language with timeless Persian aesthetics.Each piece is handcrafted and produced in very limited quantities, preserving its uniqueness and exclusivity. The Beginning of a Legacy
The story of the Zomorrodi family begins in 1871 with Sheikh Mohammad Zomorrodi, a visionary craftsman whose exceptional skill and leadership earned him the prestigious title of “Nazem,” meaning the head of the jewelers’ guild.
Under his guidance, the Zomorrodi name became associated with integrity, mastery, and artistic excellence. His influence established the foundation for a family tradition that would carry forward through generations, shaping the identity of Persian jewelry craftsmanship.
Tehran Bazaar
Nearly 80 years ago, Mehdi Zomorrodi expanded the family’s tradition by establishing a jewelry shop in the historic Tehran Grand Bazaar, one of the most important commercial centers in the Middle East.
His shop quickly became known for its exceptional quality, refined craftsmanship, and trust among customers. Mehdi Zomorrodi strengthened the family’s reputation and ensured that the Zomorrodi name remained a symbol of elegance and authenticity in the world of fine jewelry.
Expanding the Zomorrodi Influence
Around 40 years ago, Mohammad Nazem Zomorrodi carried the legacy forward by opening a renowned jewelry shop in one of Tehran’s largest and most iconic squares. With vision and dedication, he expanded the family’s presence and introduced new creative perspectives while preserving the craftsmanship passed down through generations.
