Zomorrodi Family for Over 150 years
Zomorrodi Design has been synonymous with excellence in gold smithing and jewelry artistry. Rooted in the heart of Iran’s rich cultural heritage, our story begins in 1871 with Sheikh Mohammad Zomorrodi, a visionary craftsman honored with the prestigious title of “Nazem” — head of the jewelers’ guild. Since then, this illustrious legacy has flourished through the dedication and ingenuity of the Zomorrodi family. From Sheikh Mohammad’s inspired leadership to the innovations of Ahmad and Abdol Hossein Nazem Zomorrodi, each generation has enriched our craft, blending tradition with evolution.
This proud tradition grew stronger with each passing generation. Around 80 years ago, Mehdi Zomorrodi brought this legacy to the bustling Tehran Bazaar, establishing a shop that became a symbol of quality and sophistication. Decades later, approximately 40 years ago, Mohammad NazemZomorrodi expanded the family’s influence, opening a renowned shop in one of Tehran’s largest and most iconic squares.

Today, the torch is carried by Nima and Nazanin NazemZomorrodi, who have elevated the family name to new heights with their luxury boutique in Sam Center, located in the vibrant northern part of Tehran. Nima designs jewelry collections with a dominant minimalist, classic, and modern style. Nazanin, who holds several independent jewelry exhibitions, collaborates with her brother in this jewelry business
